How Co-Lending Works
We source and underwrite the real estate deals to fund and bring them to our co-lenders to consider participating in.
If you decide to participate, position your funds (whether cash, self-directed IRA, etc) and wire it to the title company in time for closing.
Prosperity Lending services the loan, handles renovation draws, pays you monthly interest payments, and sends you updates throughout the process. You are even welcome to accompany us on property inspections.
When the borrower executes their exit strategy and pays us off, you will receive your capital back.Â
